Next Meeting July 22!
Over 45 people attended our first reception on June 25th! Our thanks to Pacific Coast Foundation and OnePacific Coast Bank for their support, to the entire team at Powerhouse Science Center for putting on such a great evening and venue, and to each and every attendee who made the evening powerful. It’s exciting to ponder the energy and enthusiasm in the room and how much we can and will do together. July 22 is our next meeting (work plan, focus on action, install our Honorary Chair), followed by the August 2nd Junior League of Sacramento/Powerhouse wine and dine event.
Have you read this article from the June 19th issue of WIRED Magazine, “Why STEM?” It’s about getting serious about teaching creative and critical thinking, two skill sets Women4Science have mastered and practice every day.
